Prepare for Your Home Inspection
If you are contemplating buying or selling property, then the chances are there will be a home inspection. There are many things you can do in advance to prepare for your appointment. Typically, the licensed home inspector will look at the property from top to bottom inside and out. In advance of the inspection, you’ll want to do a complete walk of the property and address any entry or housekeeping issues. Be sure to make any repairs you can and be ready to discuss the problems which may come up, such as leaks, water damage, or bug issues. It’s also a good idea to make notes with any questions or concerns you have about your home inspection.
